1. Who we are
Skilion is operated by VIGO Tech ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@vigotech.in. Skilion is a platform for finding collaborators, forming teams and running small projects. It is not an employer, a staffing agency or a payment intermediary.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Community Standards, and you can appeal.
3. Your content and proof of work
You own what you post. You give us a limited licence to host, display and transmit it so the service works, and to show it to the audience you choose with your visibility settings. Only list work you actually contributed to and label it correctly (personal, collaborative or client). Do not upload anything you have no right to share.
When you share a link, we show a preview with attribution to the original source. We do not copy or host the original media.
4. Teams, projects and agreements between members
Skilion helps people find each other and organise work. Any agreement about money, equity, revenue share, ownership of work or confidentiality is between the members. We do not hold money between members, we are not a party to those agreements and we cannot guarantee anyone's work or conduct. Agree terms in writing before starting, and take professional advice for anything of value.
5. AI features
AI features such as the Squad Architect produce suggestions that may be incomplete or wrong. They are not professional advice, a hiring decision or a guarantee. You decide what to accept. Do not put secrets or personal data of other people into prompts.
6. Plans and payments
Core features are free. Paid plans are bought for a fixed period and do not renew automatically. Prices are shown before GST; the total, tax and terms are shown before you confirm. Payments are processed by Razorpay. If a plan ends, your account returns to the Free plan and we do not delete your content. Refund requests are handled case by case under applicable law; write to us within 7 days of payment.
7. Acceptable use
Follow the Community Standards. Do not harass people, send spam, impersonate others, scrape the service, try to bypass limits, probe for vulnerabilities outside our disclosure policy, upload malware or break the law.
8. Warranties and liability
Skilion is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for what members do or fail to do, or for outages beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have. Questions: support@vigotech.in.
